Working Bee

They say spending 2 hours a week in nature can make you happier and healthier, so what better way to get that 2 hour fix than getting in the thick of it at the Tempe Public School garden working bee!  

Tempe Public wants to create a garden for our school, where everyone feels welcome to share, learn and connect with nature and other people. We invite all locals to come and be part of building that environment.  

There are a lot of jobs to do so we need as many community members as we can.  This isn’t just about working, it’s about coming together and having some fun, we’ll have music, a bbq and celebrate our efforts after.  We also invite all participants to give us their thoughts on what they would like the gardens to be like, and ideas around activities to make this an amazing local green space.  Bring your inspiration!
